Brunch Club Media — Billing & Subscription Terms
These Billing & Subscription Terms apply to all Stripe payments made to Brunch Club Media. By signing up for a plan or paying an invoice, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Covered
These terms apply to:
- Website Plan (Monthly or Annual)
- SEO + Content Plan
- Google Business Boost
- Photo Packages
- Ad Management Fees
- Ad Fund Deposits
- Any other products listed on our Stripe checkout pages
2. Billing Cycles
Monthly plans bill automatically every month on the same date.
Annual plans bill once per year.
One-time services are charged immediately at purchase.
3. Payment Method
Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
You authorize Brunch Club Media to automatically charge the payment method you provide until you cancel.
4. Price Changes
If we update pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days before your next billing date. Existing subscriptions stay at the same price until you agree to the change.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time.
Canceled plans stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans are non-refundable once the year begins.

6. Refunds
- Monthly and annual Website Plans: no refunds for partially used periods.
- One-time services: refundable only if work has not started.
- Ad Fund Deposits: any unused balance is fully refundable at any time.
7. Ad Fund Deposits
When you pay for advertising:
- Funds are used only for paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
- You may request a refund of any unused balance
- Ad Management Fees are charged separately
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry your card.
If payment cannot be collected, we may pause service until the account is brought current.
9. Ownership of Work
You own all creative assets, content, and website materials created for you once your account is paid in full and all ad balances are settled.
